The DeKalb Enterprise Business Corporation (DEBCO) is a private 501-(c)3 non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that reflects the makeup and business development interest of our market area . We prioritize service to minority and women owned business persons and businesses located in selected economic revitalization corridors. With funding from DeKalb County Government, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Small Business Administration and the United Way of Metro Atlanta.
