Does DEBCO provide grants?
No. DEBCO does not provide grants of any type.

What types of loans does DEBCO fund?
DEBCO funds two types of loans:
1. Reloving Loand Funds (RLF) for for-profit businesses that are located in Dekalb County.
2. Mirco Loans are for for-profit businesses within the counties of DeKalb, Gwinnett, Rockdale, Henry, Clayton and Cobb.

Does DEBCO loan funds for the purpose of fulfilling SBA or bank equity requirements?
No. While DEBCO can participate in the debt portion of any commercial loan, equity is not provided by DEBCO.

Will DEBCO assist in preparing my business plan?
No. However, technical assistance is available from the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center and the Minority Business Development Center.
