The first step is to fill out an application form, sign it, and mail it or bring it to the DEBCO office. We'll need your original signature, not a copy.

Call us at 404.378.1899 and we'll fax or mail an application to you. Or come by the office and pick it up in person. Or you can print out the application, along with other materials, from this website (see links below).

A checklist of information is provided to applicants and should be turned in along with the signed application. A detailed business plan is required as well for any business operating two years or less.

Documents are included in the application packages with the exception of the business plan; however, a sample of the business plan format is included.

Once we receive your completed RLF application in our office, processing will be completed within a maximum of 45 days. The maximum processing time for the ML program is 30 days.
